Be A Moose
The Moose Fraternity: Caring for Children, Seniors, and Our Communities
About the Moose
Celebrating Life. Serving Others.
The Moose is about celebrating life together, serving those within our local communities, supporting children in need who deserve a second chance, and standing by our senior members as they enter their twilight years.
The Moose Fraternity has a presence in more than 1,400 communities across nearly 50 states, four Canadian provinces, and Great Britain.
Our Mission
Where Your Membership Makes a Difference
Mooseheart
Moose members support Mooseheart Child City & School, which cares for children in need from infancy through high school and provides them with opportunities for a second chance at life.
Moosehaven
The Moose also supports its senior members through Moosehaven in Florida, a five-star-rated retirement community funded by the men and women of the Moose.
Community Service
Moose lodges support the communities in which they operate, with the organization contributing approximately $75–$100 million worth of community service annually.
Life at the Lodge
More Than a Membership
Local Moose lodges are gathering places for individuals and families. Lodge 266 in Jersey City hosts a wide range of activities throughout the year — there's always something happening at the lodge.
